Your seat at the table: Advanced Manufacturing Engineer

You will love this seat if you get, want, and have the capacity to:

• Connect product design, capability and process development, and new equipment design to customer and market needs
• Ensure manufacturability in product design
• Resolve manufacturing and quality problems related to methods, processes, tooling, equipment and product design
• Identify and deploy breakthrough technologies that can be leveraged to expand divisional capabilities, reduce lead time, improve quality or reduce cost

We need this seat to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
• 5 years of professional experience in engineering projects
• Expertise in advanced manufacturing technologies like robotics, CNC machining, 3D printing, and automation
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and data analysis tools
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Project management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
