Synertex LLC is seeking Contractor Special Security Representatives (CSSR) to support SCI security programs at Schriever Space Force Base, Colorado Springs, CO.
This position will involve coordination and support across multiple locations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the implementation and maintenance of SCI security programs, including physical, personnel, information, and industrial security measures.
- Assist with SCIF accreditation processes and ensure ongoing compliance with DIA standards and applicable TEMPEST requirements.
- Provide administrative support to the security office, including SCI billet management and security clearance tracking.
- Aid in the management and oversight of security systems, including the Intrusion Detection System (IDS) and Access Control System (ACS).
- Assist with maintaining visitor control functions, including processing visit requests and coordinating access through systems such as DISS, Scattered Castles, and SCIBS.
- Support the Periodic Reinvestigation Program, monitoring and initiating reinvestigations for SCI-eligible personnel as required.
- Maintain documentation and records required for SCIF operations, including geographically separated units.
- Participate in audits, inspections, and accreditation reviews, and support corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with senior CSSRs and government security officers to ensure compliance with current security policies and procedures.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 0-2 years of experience in security administration, preferably within a DoD or IC environment.
- Familiarity with Intelligence Community security systems such as DISS, Scattered Castles, and/or JPAS.
- Basic understanding of ICD 705 and DIA physical security requirements for SCIFs.
- Knowledge of personnel and physical security processes and procedures.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and secure database systems.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
