Synertex LLC is seeking an experienced Education Coordinator to provide support to our government customer at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) - Lackland, TX, by providing essential support for the Joint Electromagnetic Warfare (EW) and Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (EMSO) education and training programs.
This role involves coordinating and performing administrative functions, assessing the effectiveness of training programs, and supporting accreditation processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality, compliant education and training for Joint EMS personnel.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Serve as the course registrar, maintaining accurate records of student enrollment, attendance, and course completion.
- Manage student and instructor profiles, ensuring timely updates and communication.
- Coordinate IT and security measures to ensure seamless access to training facilities and systems for students and instructors.
- Track and assign ancillary training requirements for all JEWC members as outlined in contract deliverables.
- Define and formalize the scope of Joint EMS training programs, ensuring alignment with educational objectives.
- Identify and evaluate existing EMS training programs that meet the required criteria for Joint EMS education.
- Define and integrate Joint EMS content into Joint Professional Military Education (JPME) courses and identify which JPME courses require EMS components.
- Develop methodologies to assess the effectiveness of current Joint EMS training programs.
- Identify gaps in the current curriculum and propose recommendations for improvements.
- Assist in the accreditation process to ensure all Joint EMS education and training programs meet statutory and policy requirements.
- Provide subject matter expertise to ensure that JEWC courses comply with applicable educational standards and achieve the intended learning outcomes.
- Work closely with military and civilian personnel to ensure smooth coordination of education and training activities.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive reports on the status of EMS education programs, assessments, and accreditation activities as required by contract deliverables.
REQUIREMENTS : Education :
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Military Studies, Engineering, or related disciplines).
