Synertex LLC is seeking an Instruction Support Specialist to provide instruction and support at multiple locations, including Schriever SFB, CO; Point Mugu Naval Air Station, CA; and Fort Detrick, MD.
This position requires a Secret clearance and will involve coordination and support across multiple locations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide instruction for SATCOM Fundamentals and specific mission areas such as Narrowband, Wideband, and Protected band satellite operations.
- Review, revise, or create courseware materials.
- Provide augmentation and support for classes and mission-based simulator instruction.
- Manage simulator liaison support for simulator deficiencies and upgrades.
- Assist in maintaining and updating training databases and tracking systems.
- Coordinate with staff to ensure effective communication and scheduling for training events.
- Ensure all required training sessions and support activities are documented appropriately.
- Ensure alignment with organizational goals and work in compliance with all applicable regulations and procedures.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in instruction support, preferably in SATCOM or related fields.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience with scheduling and calendar management software.
- Security Clearance: Secret clearance.
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
