What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Planning and Scheduling Lead position at Syngenta Group?
Ensure maintenance planning scheduling and warehouse inventory activities are effectively managed to support the safe and efficient execution of site maintenance activities. These efforts should support site HSE policies support production targets and be aligned with Syngenta global planning and scheduling maintenance business process.
Duties :
- Manage quality and quantity of planning and scheduling activities in support of site maintenance activities.
- Coach train and mentor planning and scheduling team as necessary to improve competencies which support P&S initiatives.
- Optimize planning efficiency and effectiveness to deliver job plans within the targeted / 15% plan cost accuracy. Job packages should be generated in sufficient quantity to ensure that manpower resources are fully utilized while meeting the business needs of operations.
- Management of the maintenance backlog in SAP.
- Management of (Outside Service) providers to support execution of maintenance activities and PM service operations.
