Job Description
The ASL will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Greensboro P&S function by maintaining efficient office systems and supervising the administrative staff.
- Leadership and Staff Management
- Recruit, train, and manage administrative staff
- Lead the onboarding process for new hires
- Ensure high performance and adherence to company standards
- Office Operations
- Develop and implement efficient office procedures
- Manage office supplies inventory and procurement
- Coordinate with IT to ensure operational equipment
- Manage facility requests and on-site services
- Administrative Support
- Provide direct administrative support as needed
- Manage SharePoint sites and produce functional communications
- Plan and coordinate in-house or off-site group activities
- Administer P-card and invoice orders, processing and reporting
- Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and SharePoint
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
