You will help shape the future of agriculture by:
- Provide oversight and direction to crew members in the field regarding operational functions and processes for inspecting unrooted cuttings.
- Adjust personnel schedules to meet deadlines
- Ensure all aspects of harvesting unrooted cuttings are meeting quality standards and production deadlines.
Accountabilities
- Execution of daily and weekly harvest in your area
- Assist with harvest and quality training
- Communication on crew’s performance compared to expectations
- Accountable for monitoring, scheduling, coaching and encouraging the crews on performance and maintaining workflow in assigned area
- Monitor harvest and crop maintenance progress; revision of schedules as required
- Maintain quality standards as required
- Maintains HSE standards/training
- Responsible for the management and integrity of data collection in your area

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Ability and willingness to working outdoors under various weather conditions
- Ability to walk fields in all weather conditions and on various types of terrain
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
- Capable of working OT hours during peak season
- Ability to be on your feet for much of the day; frequent standing and walking including climbing stairs and ladders; frequent bending and stooping
- Must be authorized to work for Syngenta in the United States without work authorization sponsorship
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
