What are the responsibilities and job description for the GHX Sales Lead position at Syngenta?

Territory: Sanbon County, Miner County, Lake County, Aurora County, Davison County, Hanson County, McCook County, Minnehaha County, Moody County, Brookings County and Kingsbury County South Dakota
What will you be doing?
- Achieve sales, profit, and market share targets within territory
- Build and foster a team culture that values, recognize and generates a business oriented, customer focused approach
- Develop and maintain network of potential Certified Advisors and GHX Specialists
- Measure Sales Team performance and evaluate competencies for each employee
- Create business plans and establish a consistent cadence throughout the year with GHX
- Manage operational budget, variable selling expenses, and marketing funds within district guidelines for GHX Specialist and assigned territory
Requirements
- A Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in Agriculture or a degree in a non-Agriculture discipline with a significant farming industry background or commensurate experience
- 5 years in sales or sales leadership with the ability to work independently on a virtual team, agricultural sales experience preferred
- A strong sense of customer focus and demonstrated sales and leadership skills
- Demonstrating proficiency in collaboratively creating marketing strategies and executing them to a high standard.
- Candidate must live in the territory
