Job Description
The overall purpose of this job is to be the primary administrator and manager of the Health Services function and clinics in North America. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and Syngenta policies and standards. This role is based at the North America Headquarters in Greensboro, North Carolina.
Manage Greensboro (GSO) and Research Triangle Park (RTP) clinics
Additional clinic responsibility may be added over time: Mobile Wellness Unit and Saint Gabriel
Directly manage Syngenta Health Services employees
Manage contract relationships with clinic oversight provider and medical staffing provider
Effectively manage the Health Services budget
Assess patient care quality of service and satisfaction and evaluate, propose, and drive continuous improvement
Conduct clinic usage, spend, and overall benefit validation and identify continuous improvement opportunities
Timely communicate any clinic business hour schedule changes
Evaluate value add and efficiency improvements for the Regional Health Services department
Develop and manage the Health Services strategic plan for the NA region
Key contributor to MyWellbeing program and steering committee
Qualifications
Critical knowledge
Bachelors Degree – preferred in a STEM focused area
Critical Experience
Minimum of 5 years’ experience (preferred 10) in a project management, office management environment
Critical Technical, Professional, And Personal Capabilities
Skilled interpersonal communication abilities
Independent planning and implementation talent
Exemplary analytical skills
