Digital Marketing Specialist – Salesforce Marketing Cloud
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to lead and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing email campaigns, segmenting audiences, personalizing messaging, automating workflows, and analyzing campaign performance within the Salesforce ecosystem .
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management & Execution
Design and implement targeted email campaigns , landing pages , and other digital initiatives using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Ensure campaigns align with marketing objectives and drive customer engagement.
Audience Segmentation & Personalization
Leverage customer data to segment audiences based on demographics, behaviors, and purchase history.
Create and optimize dynamic content that adapts based on customer attributes for highly personalized messaging .
Email Automation & Journey Building
Develop and manage automated email workflows , including welcome sequences, abandoned cart reminders, and post-purchase follow-ups .
Optimize email sequences to enhance customer engagement and retention .
Data Management & Optimization
Maintain and clean customer data within Salesforce Marketing Cloud for accurate targeting and reporting.
Implement A / B testing strategies to optimize subject lines, email content, and design.
Reporting & Analytics
Track key performance metrics ( open rates, CTR, conversions, ROI ) to measure campaign effectiveness.
Provide actionable insights to improve marketing performance and enhance customer engagement .
Required Skills & Experience
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Advertising Studio, etc.).
Strong understanding of data analysis and the ability to draw insights for campaign optimization.
Familiarity with Salesforce CRM to integrate marketing and sales activities. Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required)
AMPscript proficiency – ability to write custom code for advanced email personalization .
HTML / CSS skills – experience designing and optimizing responsive email templates .
