Technical Services Technician

We are seeking a Technical Services Technician to join our team in Southern Pines, NC. In this role, you'll provide technical support to field technicians and end-users of commercial products.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Offer troubleshooting and repair support via various communication channels.
  • Develop troubleshooting guides for our products.
  • Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and other platforms.
  • Collaborate with product development engineers on service parts.
  • Coordinate on-site service requests and process credit requests.
  • Train team members on new and updated products.

Qualifications :

  • Associate’s degree in engineering technology or similar, or equivalent experience.
  • 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient troubleshooting skills for commercial food service equipment.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Windows.
