Required Skills : 5 years in IT
ITIL and Service Management Experience (3 years)
Enterprise Systems user administration (3 years)
Microsoft 365 / Office 365 Suite administration
Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or LEAN process management
End-User / EndPoint access controls and administration to SOX systems
Incident, problem, and change management in Enterprise ITSM systems
