Implementation partner : TCS Location : Atlanta, GA (Day One Onsite) Job Description / Skills : IAM Architect Identity and Access Management (IAM) Design : Develop and implement IAM strategies using Microsoft Entra. Design secure and scalable identity solutions for users, applications, and devices. Ensure compliance with security policies and regulations. Access Control : Manage role-based access control (RBAC) and privilege management. Implement least privilege access and zero-trust security models. Design and manage conditional access policies. Authentication Mechanisms : Deploy and manage multi-factor authentication (MFA) and passwordless authentication. Integrate Single Sign-On (SSO) for applications and services. Optimize authentication flows for user experience and security. Identity Governance : Implement identity lifecycle management, including provisioning and de-provisioning. Set up access reviews and entitlement management. Manage identity security compliance and audit trails. Integration and Collaboration : Collaborate with IT and security teams to integrate IAM solutions with other security tools. Work with developers to enable secure application integration with Entra. Provide support and guidance for IAM-related incidents and requests. Monitoring and Reporting : Monitor identity-related security events and logs. Analyze security trends and provide recommendations for improvements. Generate reports for management on IAM performance and compliance. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Up-to-date knowledge of cybersecurity trends and best practices. Education : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Experience : Proven experience in IAM, specifically with Microsoft Entra / Azure AD. Experience with implementing zero-trust security frameworks. Familiarity with cloud security, especially in Azure environments. Skills : Strong knowledge of identity management protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect). Proficiency in Azure AD and Microsoft security technologies. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Certifications (Preferred) : Microsoft Certified : Azure Security Engineer Associate. Microsoft Certified : Identity and Access Administrator Associate. CISSP, CISM, or other relevant cybersecurity certifications.
