- KeyResponsibilities :
- Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions. - Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas. - Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with project goals. - Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback. - Maintain and evolve design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across products. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design.
- Requirements :
- Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role. - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, A e XD, or similar. - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Portfolio showcasing previous UX design work and problem-solving skills. - [Optional : Experience with front-end development or familiarity with HTML / CSS / JavaScript.]
