Job Description/Skills: Account Manager

-Strong organization, prioritization, and time management skills
-Workday PSA experience
-Experience in General Finance, Finance and Accounting
Responsible for coordinating and organizing schedules, processes, and procedures for the timely billing of the firm s services.
Develop and implement strategies and best practices to streamline billing workflows and improve accuracy.
Meet with key stakeholders, ensuring compliance to standard billing practices, resolving complex billing issues/questions, and education of primary billers, functional leads and operational leaders for respective focus area.
Understand and be able to articulate the impact/effects of all financial concepts related to billing as well as impact to the firms standardized reporting.
Analyze billing reports and data to identify discrepancies, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
Independently investigate complex billing issues and billing adjustments to ensure revenue impact accuracy.
Address client billing inquiries and resolve disputes, delivering exceptional service and fostering positive relationships.
Prepare and present regular reports on billing performance, financial outcomes, and areas for process improvement.
In collaboration with the Billing Director, cultivate seamless and highly effective working relationships, interoperability, and lines of communication with the Firm s Primary Billers and Functional Leads, applicable line of business leaders, cross functional stakeholders, and finance peers.
