Responsibilities:
Eagle PACE and Eagle STAR Management:
- Oversee the implementation and support of Eagle PACE and Eagle STAR, focusing on straight-through accounting and recordkeeping.
- Ensure seamless integration and operation of Eagle PACE and STAR for financial data management, accounting, and reporting.
Design, Development, and Implementation of Technical Solutions:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of technical solutions within the Eagle platform to meet business needs and optimize financial operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders) to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Proactively identify and resolve challenges related to system performance, scalability, and data integrity.
Proficiency with Eagle Software Solutions:
- Demonstrate expertise in configuring and utilizing Eagle s software solutions, including data management, portfolio accounting, performance measurement, and reporting tools.
- Act as the go-to subject matter expert (SME) for Eagle s suite of solutions, guiding internal teams on best practices and new features.
Data Management and Integration:
- Effectively manage financial data within the Eagle system, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely availability for business users.
- Oversee and coordinate the integration of data from various sources into the Eagle system, including third-party tools and internal platforms.
- Lead data modeling and data transformation efforts to streamline the flow of information and enable accurate reporting and analysis.
System Architecture, Solution Design, and Technical Leadership:
- Lead the architecture and design of scalable, robust, and maintainable solutions within the Eagle environment.
- Provide technical leadership to junior developers and other technical team members, offering guidance and mentorship.
- Ensure alignment of system architecture with long-term business goals, and ensure system designs are optimized for performance and reliability.
Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with stakeholders, including business users and IT teams, to understand requirements, deliver technical solutions, and support ongoing system enhancements.
- Communicate technical concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
