Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced Systems Administrator to join our project team. This role involves leading, managing, and executing a range of IT infrastructure and server/M365 projects for our clients while upholding exceptional service standards and technical proficiency. This role can grow into much lawrger opportunities for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and implement IT infrastructure projects for numerous clients, including M365 and on-premises Windows Server environments, system migrations, network deployments, and security upgrades.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet objectives.
- Create comprehensive project documentation, including technical specifications and detailed implementation plans.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation effectively.
- Provide regular updates to management regarding project progress.
- Perform technical assessments and recommend infrastructure enhancements.
- Establish and maintain robust security measures to safeguard client data and systems.
- Configure and manage cloud platforms such as M365 EntraID/Azure, InTune MDM, Sharepoint, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Systems Administrator in an MSP environment.
- Strong technical knowledge in IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity.
- Proficiency with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox).
- Extensive experience with Microsoft solutions, including Office 365 and EntraID/Azure, Intune, and Sharepoint.
- Deep understanding of network security principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- Exceptional project management and documentation abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing interactions.
