We seek a Senior Director Program Manager for the Hardware Assisted Validation (HAV) organization. You will lead a team of Program Managers, focusing on technology and product development and validation. You have extensive experience in managing internal and external customer needs, industry knowledge, program management methodologies, SoC design flows, and IC manufacturing processes. You excel in driving initiatives, managing resources, and achieving results.

- Thrives in fast-paced environments while delivering exceptional results. Strong communication, business, and technical skills to build trust-based relationships and ensure successful product lines.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Maintaining plans for ongoing projects and products
- Assessing potential projects for resources, timelines, and needs
- Strategizing project structures to meet customer requirements
- Reporting project status at the executive level
- Coordinating customer development with R&D leads
- Documenting processes and procedures
- Communicating with teams for planning and tracking
- Collaborating with other project managers to resolve issues
- Lead multifunctional teams to complete projects and provide technical leadership.
- Interface with senior management to define objectives, update status, and prepare for release.
- Apply engineering and business expertise to solve complex problems. Participate in technical review boards for assigned programs.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's or master's in electrical/computer engineering or Program Management with a technical focus on silicon design engineering
- 10 years of silicon design project management experience
- Knowledge of digital and custom mixed-signal design flows
- Strong strategic planning and status reporting communication skills
- Ability to organize complex information into detailed plans
- Capability to strategize and assess multiple scenarios
- Experience working independently with minimal guidance
