With a proven track record of managing and guiding technical teams, you excel at defining and architecting end-to-end solutions across various market verticals. Your expertise in disruptive technologies such as Multi-die, Power, Automotive, and System reliability is complemented by your strategic vision and ability to translate customer requirements into innovative solutions. You thrive in a dynamic environment, effectively leading cross-functional teams and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
What You’ll Be Doing :
- Structuring and growing the team around functional areas and solution experts.
- Driving technology roadmaps and architecting solutions that can be deployed at customers.
- Engaging in customer interactions to understand technology requirements and trends.
- Defining and architecting end-to-end solutions for key technology areas and market verticals.
- Overseeing the creation of solutions from reference flows, optimized products, and complete solutions for SOC, IP, and package designs.
- Managing a medium-sized team while defining technology investments and leveraging the Synopsys product portfolio.
