What You'll Be Doing:
Working on a small team that does solution-focused research and prototyping for GenAI methods to help solve problems for users.
Design internal and external products to improve employee and customer productivity using GenAI & CoPilot experiences.
Develop applications to enable simplified access to AI features across multiple domains.
Maintain our GenAI development framework to enable rapid research to prototype with the dynamic AI technology landscape.
Contribute to the adoption of new frameworks, standards, and technologies.
Ensure high availability and performance of AI applications through continuous monitoring and optimization.

What You'll Need:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
4 years of experience in building and deploying solutions on public cloud infrastructure on Azure and/or other Cloud providers.
Experience with relational databases and data lakes as part of the application architecture.
Strong drive to learn new technologies and take pride in your work.
Excellent communication and planning skills, with the ability to work effectively with multi-functional teams.
Experience delivering software in a cloud context with knowledge of managing cloud infrastructure.
Proficiency in programming and experience in patterns such as object-oriented & functional programming.
Experience with REST API and understanding of OpenAPI/Swagger.
JavaScript, or TypeScript development experience; High availability solutions using NodeJS and REST Middleware.
Experience in developing UI with Angular/React frameworks.

The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $131,000-$197,000 annually. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses. The actual compensation offered will be based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.
