Synopsys is seeking a talented and experienced CommunicationsManager to join our dynamic communications team, focusing on employeecommunications. This role plays a critical part in overseeing key communicationtools, developing comprehensive communications plans and messages, andsupporting pivotal employee events. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinkerwith excellent writing skills and a proven track record in corporatecommunications. We're looking for someone energized by leading complex, high-prioritycommunications initiatives from start to finish-consulting, strategic planning,creating content, and executing-to inform and engage our most importantstakeholders, our employees!
What You'll Be Doing
- Oversight of Key Communication Tools : Manage and optimize the use of our internal communication tools (e.g., intranet, digital signage, Teams) to ensure engaging and effective sharing of information.
- Develop Communications Plans : Create and implement strategic, integrated communication strategies to support various business objectives and initiatives, enhancing employee engagement and in alignment with our business goals.
- Craft Communications Messages : Develop clear, compelling, and consistent messages for a variety of audiences and channels, including executive communications, company announcements, and internal campaigns.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and aligned internal communications.
- Feedback and Analytics : Monitor, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of communication strategies and tools. Utilize feedback and analytics to continuously improve communications practices.
