You Are :

You are a strategi thinker with deep experience in optimizing processes, managing business operations and enhancing cross-functional collaboration. With a robust background in product management and operations, you excel at defining solutions that help enhance operational efficiencies to drive business growth. You possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to interpret data and drive data-driven decisions. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills allow you to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels effectively. You have a proven track record of managing complex projects, ensuring execution excellence, and driving accountability. With at least 8 years of experience in relevant fields, including 3 years in a leadership role, you are ready to take on the challenge of operationalizing critical lines of business at Synopsys.

What You'll Be Doing :

  • Operationalizing and managing a range of business and product line reviews, as well as executive, management and technical review meetings
  • Working closely with executives, product management, engineering, sales, and other teams to ensure seamless planning, communication, and execution.
  • Developing new structures and templates for operationalizing critical lines of businesses
  • Analyzing performance metrics, identifying trends, and presenting findings to influence business decisions.
  • Driving accountability and follow-through on action items to ensure timely resolution.
  • Continuously evaluating and refining processes to drive improvements and implement best practices to optimize operations.
  • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Conducting regular operational reviews to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of product operations.

  • What You'll Need :

  • Strong project management and organization skills with a passion for managing complex projects and working cross functionally
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • B.S. in business, management, or electrical / computer engineering, or a related field preferred. MBA or advanced degree a plus.
  • 8 years of experience in product management, operations, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

The actual compensation offered will be based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education. Your recruiter can share more specific details on the total rewards package upon request. The base salary range for this role is across the U.S.
