You Are:
You are an experienced leader with a robust background in System on Chip (SoC) engineering and a passion for driving technological advancements. With a proven track record of managing and guiding technical teams, you excel at defining and architecting end-to-end solutions across various market verticals. Your expertise in disruptive technologies such as Multi-die, Power, Automotive, and System reliability is complemented by your strategic vision and ability to translate customer requirements into innovative solutions. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Structuring and growing the team around functional areas and solution experts.
- Driving technology roadmaps and architecting solutions that can be deployed at customers.
- Engaging in customer interactions to understand technology requirements and trends.
- Defining and architecting end-to-end solutions for key technology areas and market verticals.
- Overseeing the creation of solutions from reference flows, optimized products, and complete solutions for SOC, IP, and package designs.
- Managing a medium-sized team while defining technology investments and leveraging the Synopsys product portfolio.

What You’ll Need:
- Management experience with a strong execution track record.
- Strong and effective communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and achieve results.
- Experience in SoC design, EDA CAD flows, and advanced technologies.
- Knowledge of packaging and automotive technologies.
- Familiarity with SoC power methodologies.
- Leading SOC design teams is a plus
- Minimum 15 years of management experience in solutions, customer support, and execution.
- MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or other relevant disciplines.
