What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead a team of network engineers in implementing and enforcing network design/configuration standards, network security compliance, access controls, support processes, and data governance.
- Collaborate with Global NOC manager on maintaining network design and configuration standards, policies, and procedures for supporting new technologies and solutions.
- Establish regular compliance audits for security vulnerabilities, network performance, capacity, and policy/configuration standards.
- Engage with key stakeholders for technical issues, future enhancements, and the introduction of new technologies/workflows to improve business productivity.
- Define and drive strategies that align with Synopsys' business growth and scalability.
- Design, evolve, and document deployment and support processes for new technology, platforms, and solution changes.

- Ensure the high performance and reliability of Synopsys' global network infrastructure.
- Drive the adoption of new technologies and solutions to enhance network scalability, efficiency, security, and performance.

What You'll Need:

- A minimum of 10 years' experience in network operations and management, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
