What You'll Be Doing:- Enhance the multi-voltage technology of Fusion Compiler or IC Compiler II.
- Analyze customer problems and results to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement new algorithms in software.
- Design and test new or alternative flows in customer methodologies.
- Collaborate with fellow R&D engineers, Customer Application Engineers (CAEs), and Account Consultants (ACs) on various projects and customer engagements.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of design implementation tools and processes.
- Advance the capabilities of the Fusion Compiler, enhancing its efficiency and effectiveness.
- Improve the quality of results (QoR) for next-generation designs across various market verticals and process technologies.
- Boost productivity and streamline design implementation processes for our customers.
- Help drive technological innovation in the semiconductor industry.
- Contribute to the development of cutting-edge solutions that enable the creation of high-performance silicon chips.
- Support the delivery of industry-leading design tools that shape the future of technology.
- Master's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, with 2 years of professional experience, or a Ph.D. in a related field.
- Strong desire to learn and explore new technologies.

- Experience with placement technology, solvers, static timing analysis, netlist optimization, and physical synthesis flow.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C , Python, and Tcl.

- Understanding of compilers and advanced technology nodes used in IC design, ranging from 16nm to 5nm.
