We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Technical Product Manager, Executive Director to lead our hardware-assisted verification division, focusing on emulation and prototyping within Synopsys. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of hardware verification technologies, coupled with exceptional leadership and strategic planning skills.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the Synopsys ZeBu emulation and HAPS prototyping technical product management team, driving the strategic vision and execution of technical product roadmaps.
- Oversee the development, launch, and lifecycle management of hardware-assisted verification products, ensuring alignment with market needs and technological advancements.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support to ensure cohesive product development and go-to-market strategies.
- Engage with key customers and stakeholders to gather feedback, understand requirements, and drive customer satisfaction and adoption of emulation and prototyping solutions.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform product development and competitive benchmarking and positioning.
- Represent Synopsys at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings, serving as a key spokesperson for the emulation and prototyping business.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 20 years of experience in (technical) product management within the semiconductor or EDA industry, with a focus on hardware verification, emulation, and prototyping.
- Proven track record of leading and delivering complex technical products from concept to market.
- Strong understanding of FPGA-based prototyping and emulation verification methodologies and tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.
