Multiple Positions Available – Solution Architect, Denver, CO : Responsible for blueprinting and designing complex, integrated Dynamics 365 for Finance and Supply Chain-centric application architectures for large and mid-sized companies seeking to transform their business process around Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Retail areas.

This role will lead the solution design phase of our engagements and own the defined architecture, making decisions about the best approaches to implement the system, focus on the integration of business process and data in between modules and external applications.
Additionally, the SA will lead the functional consultants in the execution of the configurations and setups and will be the quality assurance on every step of the way, reviewing all the design documents, estimations, and validating test scenarios.
Duties include : Lead and execute discovery sessions with customers to capture business requirements; Lead solution design for ERP implementation projects, managing design to scope, quality assurance, goals and project timelines; Work on implementations as the responsible to create a consolidated solution in between different areas; Create functional requirements documents; Create functional design documents; Execute conference room pilots; Work with the technical architect on the design of customizations that will respect both technical and functional best practices; Mentor functional team members; Support functional team members on different tasks; Support management to the design and follow up the development plan for the functional team; Support sales team on pre-sales and demos for new customers; Execute diagnostics on site; Assist with the design and constant improvement of implementation methodology and documentation; Assist the delivery manager on the implementation, helping him\her on solving conflicts, prioritization, and mapping risks; Perform functional training for all team members; Research and innovate on new solution approaches and consider ways to support upcoming platform capabilities; Participate in design clarifications and future-state concept meetings; Read, interpret, and build upon business requirements documents; Generate FDD’s and FRD's; Contribute to sales proposals where needed to show advanced solution concepts and technical approaches to business problems; Work as a consultant with our clients globally.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field from an accredited college or university.Certification in Dynamics 365 for Finance, Supply Chain or Manufacturing.
Customarily has at least 10 years of technical experience.
Customarily has at least 8 years of customer facing project management and client engagement experience.
Customarily has at least 6 years of solution architect experience.
Customarily has at least 5 years of mentorship, design, or project leadership experience.
In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, 3 years of experience in the same or closely related field / occupation, may be counted towards 1 year of education.
May require occasional travel.
