Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented AI Analyst with a foundational understanding of artificial intelligence (AI) concepts. In this entry-level role, you will be responsible for analyzing data, supporting AI system development, and contributing to the preparation, evaluation, and deployment of AI models. Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Performs data mining and customer analysis. Works with business partners to define issues and information needs and translates them into specific data / technical requirements to support business initiatives and projects.
• Researches, compiles, and performs complex analysis on critical customer, account, and transactional data using tools such as SQL Assistant, Databricks, Power BI, etc.
• Maintains necessary processes, controls and procedures to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Leverages multiple internal or external information sources and ensures adherence to data management / data governance regulations and policies.
• Remains current on best practices of business analytics trends, techniques and tools. May identify emerging trends in technology and analysis as opportunities for future business growth and development.
• Manages multiple assignments simultaneously and completes assignments within established time frames. Keeps all facts straight and communicates key points succinctly.
• Presents complex material to all levels of management in a digestible, consumable manner.
• May work closely with the analytics' data science team to identify location, structure, and function of data related to modeling projects. Tracks down programs, data sources and crafting queries to power programs.
• May be responsible for designing and developing data visualization solutions according to business requirements to effectively communicate insights and provide performance measurement solutions to business decision makers.
• May be a liaison between business units, technology teams, finance teams and other support teams.
• May develop content for communication strategies across multiple lines of business; develops and supports communication tools; creates engaging and informative presentations that communicate results to management and executive audiences.
• Each team member is expected to be aware of risk within their functional area. This includes observing all policies, procedures, laws, regulations and risk limits specific to their role. Additionally, they should raise and report known or suspected violations to the appropriate Company authority in a timely fashion.
• Performs other related duties as required.
