Minimum Education:
Maintains and supports one or more cloud computing applications, services and public, private, and hybrid cloud architecture platforms. Typically, coordinates with other engineers and teams for design and implementation of new projects and services.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintains and supports cloud environments in accordance with technical design and company security guidelines.
- Performs installation, maintenance, and support of system software and hardware.
- Provides Tier 2 support for end users of associated applications and services.
- Assists with the education of teams on the implementation of new cloud-based projects and initiatives.
- Maintains documentation related to supported services and platforms.
- Manages updates and revisions to technical content by collaborating with service owners, support staff, and end users.
- Each team member is expected to be aware of risk within their functional area. This includes observing all policies, procedures, laws, regulations and risk limits specific to their role. Additionally, they should raise and report known or suspected violations to the appropriate Company authority in a timely fashion.
- Performs other related duties as required.

Minimum Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other related technical field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 0 to 3 years of professional job related experience as an administrator, engineer or other related technical field required.
- One relevant associate-level cloud based certification such as Microsoft 365 Fundamentals or Microsoft Azure Fundamentals.
- Basic understanding of one or more common scripting and programming languages (e.g., Python, Ruby, C , HTML, Java)
- Basic understanding of web services and integration methods (e.g., API, REST, RPC)
- Strong understanding of networking and internet protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, HTTP, and distributed networks
- Ability to work closely and effectively in a mix of business, technical, and architectural teams to accomplish a goal
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization skills
- Self-motivation and ability to stay focused on completing tasks and meeting goals in a busy workplace environment
- Familiarity with databases platforms including SQL, NoSQL Postgre, and Mongo
- Familiarity with Microsoft's or Amazon's licensing and billing structures
- Familiarity with financial applications, users, and teams
- Additional certifications in precise areas of focus recommended
