Reviews and evaluates ideas and processes submitted in support of a department, division and/or Company initiatives. Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receives and evaluates ideas and processes; conducts research and partners with Subject Matter Experts (SME) to fully analyze the cost & benefits of each submission coupled with proposed recommendation.
- Identifies opportunities that will lead to enhanced business outcomes. Helps support decision making for strategic initiatives and special projects.
- Partners with key corporate and banking unit administrators to assist in preparation and the presentation of respective initiative(s) to the Executive Management Committee (EMC) and other senior leaders within the organization.
- Monitors and tracks the progress, changes, and results of implementations realized by stated initiative/project; monitors revenue growth/loss resulting from pricing and expansion strategies.
- Organizes data, generates various reports and models; effectively interprets and translates data in multiple formats.
- Develops content for communication strategies across multiple lines of business; develops and supports communication tools.
- Each team member is expected to be aware of risk within their functional area. This includes observing all policies, procedures, laws, regulations and risk limits specific to their role. Additionally, they should raise and report known or suspected violations to the appropriate Company authority in a timely fashion.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum Experience: 5 years of research and analytical experience
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, project management, planning and organizational skills
- Organizational skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate.
- Assertiveness and strong initiative
- Advanced MS Office skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Certified Associate Project Manager (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certifications
