Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with line-of-business partners, team members and Agent Banks to ensure appropriate collection of documents for syndicated transactions. Collects, circulates and saves appropriate documents and ensures task are cleared timely.
- Recommends effective data collection and reporting tools that keep leadership and credit risk team members informed regarding key aspects and attributes of underwriting and servicing performance and credit risk process execution.
- Acts as back up for Senior Analyst for reporting.
- Acts as main point of contact for onboarding and offboarding new Credit Risk Management teammates including ordering new equipment, ensuring appropriate space, requesting access for systems.
- Executes on assigned special projects and initiatives.
- Each team member is expected to be aware of risk within their functional area. This includes observing all policies, procedures, laws, regulations and risk limits specific to their role. Additionally, they should raise and report known or suspected violations to the appropriate Company authority in a timely fashion.
- Performs other related duties as required.

Minimum Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Two (2) years of banking industry experience including one (1) year experience with querying and analyzing large data sets.
- Understanding of commercial loan process through lending, portfolio management, or credit experience with demonstrated ability to apply loan work flow and credit risk knowledge and expertise to perform reporting and exceptions related duties
- Knowledge and understanding of various analytical tools to support reporting, which would include the Microsoft Office product suite and other applicable software and systems
- Knowledge of commercial loan standard operating procedures, regulatory policies, terminology, methodology, concepts, and applications
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong bias toward data integrity and presentation accuracy
- Proficiency using office software products
