Represents Merchant Services team in Community and Retail Bank sales activities; provides subject matter expertise on Merchant Services products and solutions. Keeps internal partners engaged and well informed of relevant industry focus and solution enhancements. Grows portfolio's profitability through effective account management activities.

Minimum Education:
Bachelor's degree Business, Technology, Finance or the equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum Experience:
Seven (7) plus years experience in merchant services, payments, or other related fields such as treasury management, retail or commercial banking with emphasis on implementing and servicing payments products and solutions or the equivalent combination of education and experience

Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Achieves sales quota allocations for the region. Develops and implements sales strategies, set targets, and monitor performance to ensure the team meets sales objectives. Maintains a 3X multiple sales pipeline against the assigned revenue target. Launches back book sales campaigns. Participates regular banker sales meetings; engages in CPSP events in the region to qualify pipeline opportunity. Creates pipeline opportunity in review for the healthcare product solution with Rectangle.
- Tracks individual and team performance, provides constructive feedback, identifies areas for improvement. Ensures positive experience for referral partners and merchants before and after sales; creates engagements that retain and grow customer relationships. Participates in the recruitment process, identifies and selects talented sales professionals, and ensures new team members are effectively onboarded and integrated into the team. Fosters open communication within the team and with other TPP and bank departments, ensuring alignment and collaboration towards shared goals.
- Analyzes sales data, identifies bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and recommends process improvements to enhance team sales productivity and effectiveness. Provides feedback to merchant hub leadership on best strategies to support the region's needs.
- Manages the annual performance management and merit processes for direct and indirect reports. Coaches and develops team members and builds a work environment where team members are engaged and feel a positive sense of achievement about their role in the company. Works closely with Human Resources regarding employee relations, compensation, training, posting and filling vacant positions and other Human Resources related matters.
- Each team member is expected to be aware of risk within their functional area. This includes observing all policies, procedures, laws, regulations and risk limits specific to their role. Additionally, they should raise and report known or suspected violations to the appropriate Company authority in a timely fashion.
