Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Understands the "why" behind each product feature and works with the Product team members to understand the roadmap, prioritization and supporting KPIs.
- Stays in sync with and provides support to the Product Director in executing and delivering on product roadmap commitments.
- Keeps abreast of market trends, nCino platform, customer feedback and analytics to inform a strong understanding of the broader business, technology, digital/mobile marketplace.
- Understands cross-functional dependencies to help guide business units and other stakeholders in the gathering of their requirements.
- Uses analytics to monitor product KPIs and to ensure success metrics are met. Identifies opportunities for product enhancements based on results.
- Advocates a customer centric mindset through closely partnering with the UI/UX team on design and POCs.
- Serves as the day-to-day contact for the Scrum team on clarification of requirements, drives backlog refinement and ensures user story readiness with clearly defined acceptance criteria on a recurring basis.
- Translates customer and business requirements into use cases and stories to guide product design and development for programs that cut across different businesses and channels.
- Reviews and triages customer issues escalated from support partners.
- Creates reporting to support capabilities performed on platform.
- Develops procedures and training content for new features and processes.
- Stays abreast of the latest market trends.
- Each team member is expected to be aware of risk within their functional area. This includes observing all policies, procedures, laws, regulations and risk limits specific to their role. Additionally, they should raise and report known or suspected violations to the appropriate Company authority in a timely fashion.

Minimum Education:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Two years of experience with salesforce (reporting), nCino, and commercial banking/lending including experience in technical product solutioning and/or development; moving complex bodies of work from concept to launch; working cross-functionally; and building strong internal and external relationships.
- Familiarity with current and emerging relevant technologies
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Ability to generate bold and innovative digital ideas to support company growth and objectives
- Ability to translate customer and business requirements into use cases and user stories to guide UI/UX product design and development
- Strong relationship building, collaboration and leadership skills
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Strong analysis skills to evaluate business and technical feasibility
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office software products
- Experience working in an agile design-driven, user-centered product and development team supporting the delivery of web/mobile based commercial products
- Experience in digital product development and/or UI/UX development including customer journey development and digital specific design competency
- Experience leveraging business intelligence, web analytical tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Site Catalyst to inform product strategy and prioritization decisions
- Strong understanding of commercial banking solutions
- Proficiency using tracking software such as JIRA, collaboration tool such as Confluence
