Minimum Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
Minimum Experience:
Five years of financial analysis experience including Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) analytics, balance sheet management and asset/liability management experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Performs Balance Sheet forecasting to aid in the analysis of interest rate risk and liquidity risk using earnings simulations and discounted cash flow models for interest rate risk and cash flow forecasting for liquidity risk. Explains findings and reports to senior management and committee members.
- Communicates complex financial issues in a clear and concise manner to senior managers as well as internal and external auditors, and regulators. Participates in the development and formulation of complex analyses to assist in forecasting the financial condition of the Bank.
- Maintains documentation supporting major assumptions used in liquidity and interest rate risk management simulations.
- Utilizes complex financial models to aid in forecasting the financial performance of new and existing financial products in various scenarios. Prepares accurate, timely, and reliable forecasting measurements, projections, statistics, and ratios.
- Uses advanced methods and tools to improve, validate and benchmark model performance. Facilitates and develops improved interest rate and liquidity risk modeling infrastructure through the identification, implementation, and testing of asset/liability management analytical methods and tools.
- Conducts complex analyses and determines various input assumptions for interest rate and liquidity risk including non-maturity deposit betas, asset prepayments, and deposit decay rates.
- Interacts with internal and external auditors and examiners. Maintains regulatory compliance with all interest rate risk and liquidity management regulations and directives.
- Responsible for preparation of monthly ALCO package including liquidity forecasting and balance sheet analysis. Timely and accurate reporting are essential for this function.
- Stays informed regarding trends within the financial services industry affecting asset/liability management and maintains knowledge of industry standards, federal regulations, and changes in practice.
- Each team member is expected to be aware of risk within their functional area. This includes observing all policies, procedures, laws, regulations and risk limits specific to their role. Additionally, they should raise and report known or suspected violations to the appropriate Company authority in a timely fashion.

- Ability to create complex financial models.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office software products.
