Job Summary
The Technical Implementation Consultant will own the client's technical onboarding experience during the treasury implementation process for products and services technical in scope. Oversees the deployment of intricate technical treasury solutions, ensuring a seamless and exceptional client experience by collaborating with clients and key internal stakeholders. Provides clients with clarity on how to effectively utilize the technical aspects of treasury solutions, setting the tone for optimum use of the services.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation of treasury solutions, including technical requirements for file transmissions. Ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, meet client expectations, and communicated to all relevant internal and external parties. Oversees the deployment of identified solutions, ensuring requirements are clear to the client, including file formats and customization as applicable.
- Documents integration processes to adhere to Synovus and vendor requirements. Coordinates and conducts the testing phase to ensure solutions meet expected quality standards. Manages client and internal partner expectations by establishing timeliness and dependencies with the goal to collectively exceed client expectations.
- Ensures clients and internal partners are clear on the expectations of the implementation process which includes but not limited to setup, testing services, and transition to appropriate customer service support. Assesses scope of client requests in partnership with sales and technical sales consultants to ensure translation of business requirements into detailed technical specifications for treasury services.
- Demonstrate creative problem solving and sound judgment, while being empowered to escalate when necessary for continued client satisfaction. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and professional, timely client communications. Document internal processes and customization of requirements.
- Oversees the deployment of technical treasury products in partnership with Treasury Onboarders and Treasury Sales team. Ensures integration processes adhere to Synovus and vendor requirements and standards. Ensures consistent communication between all key stakeholders to coordinate testing phases to meet expected quality standards.
- Each team member is expected to be aware of risk within their functional area. This includes observing all policies, procedures, laws, regulations and risk limits specific to their role. Additionally, they should raise and report known or suspected violations to the appropriate Company authority in a timely fashion.
- Performs other related duties as required.

Minimum Experience:
Five (5) years of experience in treasury management including working with technical products and solutions including file testing methodologies; treasury workstations/systems; and project management in a client facing environment.

- Project Management Professional (PMP) or other project management certification
- Passion for learning and remaining abreast of technology advancements and industry trends
