Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Lead/Full Desk Recruiter to lead business development efforts and drive revenue growth for our finance and accounting division. Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Revenue Growth:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients in the finance and accounting sector.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with hiring managers, HR professionals, and decision-makers at target companies.
- Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets and key performance metrics.
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships by understanding their hiring needs and delivering top-tier talent solutions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing market insights and workforce planning strategies.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to ensure profitable and sustainable partnerships.
3. Sales Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters and sales professionals to achieve company sales objectives.
- Provide training, coaching, and performance management to drive productivity and motivation.
- Foster a collaborative and high-energy sales culture focused on delivering exceptional results.
4. Market & Competitive Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to refine sales strategies.

5. Operational Excellence:
- Work closely with recruiters to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the staffing or recruiting industry, with a focus on finance and accounting.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
