Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Social Media Management

• Develop, schedule, and publish engaging social media content across various platforms.
• Monitor trends to create timely and relevant posts that resonate with our audience.
• Respond to comments and messages, fostering engagement and community growth.
• Track and analyze social media performance, making data-driven recommendations.

Communications & Public Relations

• Craft clear, compelling copy for email communications, newsletters, and press releases.
• Assist in securing media placements and managing relationships with key press contacts.
• Maintain an editorial calendar to ensure consistent and strategic messaging.
• Update and manage website content, ensuring accuracy and alignment with marketing initiatives.

Organization & Collaboration

• Manage incoming communication requests, prioritizing tasks to best support clients and the team.
• Keep the company-wide content calendar up to date and assist in meeting deadlines.
• Work closely with internal teams to align messaging and ensure brand consistency.

• Social Media Savvy – Understanding of platform-specific strategies, trends, and best practices.
• Attention to Detail – Ability to spot errors and maintain high-quality standards across all communications.
• Organizational Prowess – Ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Technical Know-How – Familiarity with content management systems, analytics tools, and modern web apps.

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• This role is based in Franklin, TN at our headquarters.
• Degree in communications, marketing, or a related field is a plus but not required.
• Experience in social media management, communications, or public relations is a plus but not required.
