Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to provide actionable insights to management.
• Take ownership of financial models and reporting, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Develop and refine financial reports, collaborating with senior team members to enhance templates and processes.
• Assist with financial reconciliations to maintain consistency and accuracy across dashboards and reporting tools.
• Create clear and well-organized reporting documentation to enhance transparency for stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial controls, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide ad-hoc financial support and assist management with special projects as needed.

Required Skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly detail-oriented, self-motivated, and organized.
• Advanced Excel skills and Power BI knowledge preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets and complex reports with minimal supervision.

Required Qualifications & Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting
• 3 years of professional experience (within a professional services environment).
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
