The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair, and will be able to work independently as well as part of a team. This position requires excellent problem-solving skills, a commitment to customer service, and the ability to work in various environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and provide effective solutions.
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety standards, codes, and regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly and effectively with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory management.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Master or Journeyman HVAC license in the state of Maryland and/or Virginia.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration components.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
