Syntax Talent Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join one of our construction clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural engineering and a proven track record of successful project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage structural engineering projects from inception to completion.
- Design, analyze, and oversee the construction of structures ensuring they are safe and capable of withstanding the elements to which they will be exposed.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to deliver high-quality projects.
- Conduct site inspections and provide technical support during the construction phase.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and building codes.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and documentation for project stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and technical staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in structural engineering.
- Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS, AutoCAD, Revit).
- Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
