Superintendent

Syntax Talent Solutions is seeking a dedicated and skilled Superintendent to oversee the daily operations for one of our clients residential properties The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in property management, maintenance, and tenant relations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of the building, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and general upkeep.
- Manage and coordinate with maintenance staff and external contractors to ensure timely and efficient completion of work.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address any issues or necessary improvements.
- Respond to tenant requests and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of tenant satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Assist in budget preparation and manage expenses related to property maintenance.

- Strong knowledge of building systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications in building maintenance or related fields preferred.
- Previous experience as a superintendent or in a similar role.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor as required.
- Availability to respond to emergencies outside of regular working hours
