Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the tool and die department.
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of injection molds and metal forming dies.
- Ensure precision and quality in CNC machining processes.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve tool and die designs.
- Implement and maintain best practices for tooling and die manufacturing.
- Lead and mentor a team of tool and die makers and technicians.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to tooling and dies.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in tool and die management.
- Proficiency in injection mold design and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of CNC machining and metal forming processes.
