Architect

SynThesis Architects PLLC, located near the Spring District in Bellevue, is seeking an Architect to shore up our excellent staff. SynThesis has the good fortune of several repeat clients, providing confirmation of our attention to client relationships, creative problem solving and excellence in design solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills and a desire to advance your career
• Minimum 10 years practical experience
• Legally able to work in the United States and fluent in English
• BA, BS or MA in Architecture, have or pursuing license
• AutoCAD and MS Office proficiency required
• Strong technical knowledge in conceptual design, building planning and detailing, construction documentation, and construction administration
• Ability to produce quality construction documents
• Ability to work collaboratively in Teams as well as independently
• Knowledge of standards and codes
• Good free-hand sketching technique a plus
• SketchUp experience a plus

The position is full-time with a standard benefit package included.
