Job Description
You'll join a cross-disciplinary team to facilitate workshops, execute primary research, glean observations and insights from qualitative and quantitative data, run design sprints and other lean design activities, and develop paper and clickable prototypes. You can expect to take point on the elements of a solution's digital experience, leading the UX and interaction design. The successful candidate will be skilled in articulating and evangelizing the business value of human-centered design, have experience leveraging new UI and UX patterns to solve complex problems, and have a track record of successfully reconciling customer needs with business goals to create and capture unrealized value.
Qualifications
Required Job Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree and at least 5 years of experience in User Experience.
- Experience gathering and prioritizing user requirements and designing user interfaces.
- Understand the limitations of the platform and the technology on which it will be delivered when designing new features and enhancements.
- Understand current and emerging e-commerce related technologies.
- Experience in applied UX research and design expertise in mobile and tablet solutions.
- PC experience and skills including Microsoft Office applications of Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
