Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Operations Specialist to join our team at Synthomer's Mogadore, Ohio plant. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, utilizing your technical expertise to drive production efficiency and quality.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain equipment, including tanks, tank cars, and polymerization vessels
- Packaging and labeling of finished products into totes and drums
- Transfer product through proper lines, identifying correct connections and hookups
- Visual inspection of lines, connections, and bleed-off valves before, during, and after transfer
- Audit and record data in written and electronic formats
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve production goals and optimize processes
Requirements: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, with 2 years' experience in manufacturing strongly preferred. Candidates should possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Familiarity with SAP transactions and other software applications is desirable.
