Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Sweden and Nordics to drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering repeat business
- Develop and execute a sales strategy aligned with company goals to achieve targets
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads
Client and Market Focus
- Conduct market research to identify client needs, industry trends, and competitive dynamics in the Swedish market
- Collaborate with the team to deliver tailored solutions that address client challenges and add value
- Ensure client satisfaction by following up on service quality and delivery
Strategic Collaboration
- Work closely with the leadership team to align sales activities with the company’s overall business strategy
- Provide insights and feedback from the market to inform decision-making and refine strategies
Partnership Development
- Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors and partners, to expand service offerings
- Leverage synergies with the parent company to identify opportunities and support business growth
Performance Management
- Meet or exceed sales targets by tracking progress and maintaining accountability for results
- Continuously improve personal sales techniques and contribute to process enhancements for the team
