Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Sweden and Nordics to drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering repeat business
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy aligned with company goals to achieve targets
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads

 

Client and Market Focus

  • Conduct market research to identify client needs, industry trends, and competitive dynamics in the Swedish market
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver tailored solutions that address client challenges and add value
  • Ensure client satisfaction by following up on service quality and delivery

 

Strategic Collaboration

  • Work closely with the leadership team to align sales activities with the company’s overall business strategy
  • Provide insights and feedback from the market to inform decision-making and refine strategies

 

Partnership Development

  • Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors and partners, to expand service offerings
  • Leverage synergies with the parent company to identify opportunities and support business growth

 

Performance Management

  • Meet or exceed sales targets by tracking progress and maintaining accountability for results
  • Continuously improve personal sales techniques and contribute to process enhancements for the team
