About the Role
Syntricate Technologies is looking for a highly experienced Financial Crime Prevention Manager to lead our team in preventing financial crimes and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership in current implementation projects and on the customer AML road map.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to prevent financial crimes and ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions to complex business problems in AML space.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure our solutions are compliant and effective.
Requirements
- 12 years of information technology experience in a large, highly regulated enterprise.
- Experience in AML Domain - CTR, SAM, Customer Risk Scoring, or Sanctions Screening frameworks.
- Expertise in Java/J2EE, Unix, RDBMS, and PL/SQL, Springboot, Rest API, AWS, Container technologies.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
