- Document business needs and features.
- Document As-Is and To-Be business processes.
- Facilitate User Story grooming sessions and create user stories.
- Identify and document business and technical requirements for various features.
- Conduct data analysis and data mapping on various features.
- Create and maintain a streamlined documentation for all the services effort.
- This includes content like : Design Documents, Business / System Process flows, Source Data Mapping, Stored Proc used by API, Session log events, Test support documentation, etc.
- Document UAT Test Scenarios, conduct UAT testing and facilitate UAT Training sessions.
