- All aspects of Citrix design, performance-monitoring, tuning, scripting, upgrades and maintenance of all production Citrix systems.
- Prefer Certifications (CCA / CCP)
- Azure Administration knowledge.
- Prefer Certifications (AZ-104 / AZ 305)Knowledge in image management tools like Citrix ELM
- Profile knowledge management using Fslogix, Citrix WEM, Ivanti
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft end point management and Group policy
- Supports applications, hardware, operating systems and network infrastructure.
- Make architectural and operational recommendations applying updates to the Citrix environments.
- Maintenance / monitoring / upgrading / troubleshooting of Citrix / Application
- Daily maintenance and troubleshooting of the servers in Citrix
- Administration on Citrix PVS for server maintenance (ongoing task), upgrades (ongoing task), and image maintenance / updates / upgrades (ongoing task)Configuration, deployment, proactive monitoring and maintenance of Monitoring tools like Control Up Drawing upon concepts of tools, technologies and methodologies to collaborate with other technical specialists when carrying out assigned duties.
- Good technical knowledge depth on MS Operating System
- Good technical knowledge in managing application vulnerabilities.
