- Design and developing Genesys Web messaging / Chat Bot solution.
- Design and implement Genesys Digital Bot solution? Design and implement Genesys SMS Solution
- Design and implement conversation flow for Chat bot and SMS channel
- Design and build custom integration to query and retrieve data from Enterprise system i.e. Service Now
- Design and implement Workforce management.
- Design and implement Genesys-Service CTI integration
- Design and implement Genesys Self Service Portal
- Design and implement Knowledge Management Design and implement Genesys Agent Assist and Intelligent support queue routing
- Build custom dashboard based on business requirement Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Genesys solutions.
- Provide technical support and guidance to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions..
